Yep, I can confirm I’ve noticed mine is the same. It’s only mildly annoying for me, though I wouldn’t complain if they fixed it! Lol

LolAnyone else having issues with the “Since Refueling” Tripmeter resetting sporadically? It always resets after fueling like it’s supposed to but will randomly reset itself after car is turned off sometimes.
I have the SEL convenience with the digital LCD screen. Haven’t noticed to many other issues other than the infotainment light sensor seems really sensitive. I’m always seeing it change the brightness out of the corner of my eye when I’m driving. The fuel thing bugs me because I like to track my MPG every tank and also like to use the Accumulated info to see what my MPG average is for my overall mileage. How do I open a trouble ticket with Hyundai?Raises hand. A tripmeter that resets randomly is useless. The "Accumulated Info" tripmeter works reliably and that's my refueling tripmeter, though it must be reset manually. The "Drive Info" tripmeter works as advertised but that one is supposed to reset after a few minutes of shut off. I have a trouble ticket open with the dealer for the problem. I suggest you do the same so that Hyundai can track the problem and notify you when a fix is available.
The problem seems to be tied in with other sporadic infotainment/instrument problems such as climate control shutting off and not remembering settings after shutdown and instruments not remembering their settings so you have to re-navigate to certain items like digital speedometer and temperature gauge after shutdown.
Which instruments do you have? I have the analog instruments on the blue trim.

I have a Canadian Luxury Hybrid since June and have had 13 resets since July. Dealer has submitted info to Hyundai. No apparent reason but both the "since refuelling' on the console goes to zero and climate on the dash resets to 22 defaults. 'Since refuelling' can go for a week or on a long trip without issue but when I start up at a any random point, it all resets. Can't see a common denominator for the cause.Anyone else having issues with the “Since Refueling” Tripmeter resetting sporadically? Our hybrid has being doing this since day one. I'm also trying to find a common denominator and am leaning toward a possible link to BlueLink activities such as door unlocked messages and/or locking doors remotely, or ??? Kind of annoying.Anyone else having issues with the “Since Refueling” Tripmeter resetting sporadically? Call your local dealer's service dept. and report the trouble. They'll take your VIN and record the problem. They may insist that you make an appt. and bring the vehicle in. Do so. They almost certainly won't be able to duplicate the trouble but since it's intermittent that's not unusual. The important thing is they'll have a record of the problem and the more people that report it the higher priority Hyundai will give it....How do I open a trouble ticket with Hyundai?
I get text messages that doors unlocking or locking when i do nothing. I think its the bluelink software in conjunction with checking status of the car for charging. I too, have had this problem since I bought the car (2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited) in October. It also resets the HVAC and the other settings on display. It has begun to happen more as the temperature dropped.I get text messages that doors unlocking or locking when i do nothing. I mentioned it in one of my posts - here Odometer reading problem? If I may ask. Why did you cancel Bluelink? It's free for 3 years.
Thanks for the update. That you have not experienced a reset of the HVAC and "since refueling" tripmeter doesn't necessarily mean the problem is solved. It may only mean that it has not happened again yet. Please continue to update the thread with your experience. I'll get rid of bluelink if that's what I need to do to solve this problem.Update on this particular topic. As I mentioned earlier, I do not have Bluelink service but after I wrote my last post, I downloaded, installed and activated Hyundai Digital Key on my Android phone, tested it ( just to lock/unlock doors and look up car status). Despite that I specifically limited app permissions, I noticed that it was running in background even when I closed it. Two days after I installed the application, I started my car in the morning and immediately noticed that "Since refueling" was set to zero, even I clearly remember values I observed in the evening. So, I went ahead with removing digital key connection between the car and the phone as well as uninstalled app from the phone. Voilà - no more resets "Since refueling". One more to note - when I initiated process of removing digital key ( not the app unistallation - that was the next step - but just unassociated my car from the app) - there was a warning that I am severing Hyundai service. Which tells me that even I saw digital key only as an "additional" key in my pocket - there is definitely more to it.
100% agree with you - it is very short time ( 2 days only) since I removed deactivated Digital Key/uninstalled app. to jump to such conclusion and it may, very well, be some other "variable" that can trigger counter go to zero. I will keep my eyes on it ( well, eyes are always on this number - that how we all know if car is really up to its hypeThanks for the update.
