Hey all

New to the forum. Got my new Tucson N Line 2020 yesterday after switching from a Qashqai. Loving it so far. Few questions wondering if anyone can help with?

Electronic Brake automatically disengages when I drive off. But can it automatically engage when I turn the engine off?

As for the parking sensor. It seems to be intermittent when it comes on when parking (forwards). It always comes on when reversing?! The qashqai it used to come on when going <5mph in first and it detected an obstruction close by. Can the Tucson do this?

If it's the same as in the U.S. - the manual does cover your first question. If you have the Auto Hold on when you turn off the engine the emergency brake then will come on.

If the UK doesn't have an online manual you could use the U.S. one it would be substantially similar.

You should have had a manual in the glove box. That's where mine is (and I'm in the UK)

My sensors all come on when going slow - I haven't yet worked out when the front camera comes on - sometimes it does, sometimes not. I'll figure it out sometime.
