2022 Tucson SEL center console electric or computer issues

Hi!
I've had my Tucson SEL for about 3 months and 1500 miles. 1st issue: I notice the light on the A button (turns engine off when stopped) will remain on even if I've toggled it off/on. Issue 2: I've shut off my car only to return to it saying the parking brake is on even though I did not set it. Issue 3: I've had the car change driving modes after I park even though I did not touch the button. All things seem to be related to the center console where all the buttons are. Anyone else have this issue?

This is not where I wanted the post to go, but I don't know how to move it.

Hi Carolyn. On issue 2 are you on any incline? I know my car has put my parking brake on automatically when mine is on a incline. Maybe the sensor for this is amuck.
Yes, the parking brake will automatically engage when you're on an incline. It also automatically comes off as soon as you put the car in gear, so you never have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. Kind of nice feature, actually. Not sure about your first item. We have the hybrid and believe you're talking about the start stop feature on the gas version? I would think there would be some sort of notification on the dash that you turned it either on or off regardless of the light on the switch.
I've seen one other report of that button light not changing, don't remember if it was resolved though. Take it to your dealer, if I understand right that's not normal

The A button stays on depending on the car's needs. That's the engine running. There will be times you hit it and it does nothing for "climate" or other reasons. Nothing to worry about there. Also... the auto brake, that's another tech pro, not a con. I'm a pretty new owner, so I don't know about the driving modes yet, but as for the other stuff... no problems, that's all normal.
The driving mode always defaults tp normal or smart when first started. It will not stay in sport mode after shutdown.
