2023 Tucson
Just got a new tucson this past weekend and today morning i was able to start the car but couldn’t move the shift to drive. it was locked for some reason. i also checked the blue link app and it showed 5 DTC errors. anyone have similar problems and know any fixes

This to me is strictly an immediate get it back to the dealer and let them figure it out. It's most likely a sensor problem related to brakes or tires.
The C131xxx codes appear to be TPMS codes. Not sure why those would lock your shifter out. Not sure what today's code is. I would contact the dealer and ask if there's some way to unlock your shifter at least. Neutral would be better than Park if the car has to be towed.
