Picked the car up from the dealer on the Saturday, was working fine, I added another user profile and now the ambient lighting is not working? I have check the setting and it's saying its on? Tried adjusting the brightness change the colour, Turing the option to dim while driving on and off still nothing, Decided delete my profile and set it up again, but it's still not working? Any ideas?

You tried what I can think of, your vehicle is new bring it to the dealer let them find out why. Because your functions there are likely a little different than ours there may be other things I don't know about to try.
