Ambient Lighting - What lights up?

Hi all,
We just received our 2023 Tucson HEV Limited yesterday. Quick question about the ambient lighting. Where in the car is the ambient lighting supposed to show up? I see it in the center well (where the charger is), as well as the two "leg" wells on the left and right side of the center console. Is there anywhere else the ambient lighting is supposed to show? I thought it was supposed to show in the wells in the two front doors, but I don't see any ambient light there.
Thanks in advance!

In the Limited, those places and the door pockets. I added footwell lights that work them also.

Thanks Tampa8. I don't see any ambient lighting in the door pockets yet. I'll play with the settings and see what I get.

If you have something in there it might block it. On the Driver's door it is to the left inside the pocket as you face it, can't remember on the passenger side right or left.

They are everywhere, Amazon, you name it. I went to where I get my windows tinted, and they have replaced my AMP and speakers in my MX5. Because they do quality and clean install work I had them do it instead of me trying to find the right circuit etc and being under there installing it. When I was younger I would have installed probably.

There are almost any color you can think of some you can change the color and mix them to get what you want. The cost of the ones I saw are not all that expensive. I went with a green to go along with the Amazon Grey that has green undertones. And Green is not too bright and glaring at night.
They come on with the doors opening, or turning on the interior lights, and they Opera fade just like all the other lights. Really looks factory.

If you want them on all the time, dark vivid blue might work great. Those you could probably install yourself, just find a circuit that comes on and off with starting the car. But then they won't be on at night when you open the door.

I bought a set of multi-colored strips that easily mount under the seats and under the front driver and pax sides that plug into a cigarette lighter plug. These will change to any color you want by remote control or even fade to different colors and will respond to the sound of your radio playing. Avail on Amazon for under 15$

I found that the ambient lights in the two front doors don't come on when the doors are open. Only the ambient lights in the center well, and the ones in the "leg" wells on the left and right side of the center console come on when the doors are opened. Once the doors are closed, the ambient lights in the doors do come on.
