My 25 Hybrid Limited did the update today and all went well 🤓 No email, just the notification on my Pixel that it was done.

Mike
Glad to hear it. I suspect that mine will try and do the 2025 update again sometime in the near future. What the dealer did was to put me back on the 240718 version. Not sure why they did that other than maybe the 2503.something update was NOT meant for the Hybrid Blue. Just a guess on my part.

So, a 2412 version for you. Mine was trying to do a 2503 version. Which model Tucson do you have? You could add that to your profile so we could see it when you post. Ah, see it on the bottom of your post now. So, yours is not the hybrid then. I could believe that software version would be different than what my hybrid needs. Does your 2025 SEL have leather seats?

Black cloth seats, no factory-installed navigation, and no sun/moon roof. Even though you have a hybrid and I have a 2.5L GDI, you and I have the exact same trim level of Tucson.

No, I opted out of the 2025 SEL Hybrid (my 2022 Hybrid was the SEL) as I was told by the Hyundai sales guy that 2025 Hybrid SELs had leather seats now and I did NOT want leather seats. I suspect that my software "could" be different from yours as the Hybrid has a number of screens that the ICE version does not. Maybe they can configure that somehow in the software but I do NOT know that. Just my guess based on supporting software baselines over many years.

According to the Hyundai website, I should be able to get this update:

However, the dealership put the 240718 version back on. Of course, the 250113 update was what gave me the issue. I thought that there was a 2503.something that popped up on the screen but must have been 250113. I still don't know whether the 250113 update is faulty. Oh well.

Are you trying to download a European Software update?

No, this was the car doing an OTA that it initiated. I didn’t request the update, the car told me. It supposedly worked. Both the car and Bluelink email said completed. About 26 times. Every time I started the car It said complete but asked again the next time I started the car. Has to be a Hyundai screw up somewhere.

The update you posted above looks like the one for Europe...

Yep, I may have posted an incorrect screenshot. BUT, it was the car that kicked off this update NOT me. I have to assume that the car KNOWS it is NOT in Europe. I did see this (although on a Farcebook page):

Even though I did NOT take a screenshot (and I have posted before)....I thought it was trying to do a 2503 update. I suspect that I was right in that. According to my car version information, it is a ccNC model.

This link seems to show more about the 2025 update:

PLus this link:

My 2025 Tucson Limited Hybrid performed an OTA update on April 1, 2025, during my 8-minute commute to work that morning. The update only took a couple of minutes to complete successfully.

Afterward, it offered me the option to view "What's New" in the update, which I accepted. It provided the same information about the update that is shown below. (By the way, you cannot view the update info while driving.)

You can also access the "What's New" from your infotainment system by navigating to Setup>General>System Info>What's New>Infotainment System Update. Here are two pictures of my screens displaying the "What's New" information regarding the installed update.

You can also find additional information about the Software versions installed by going to Setup>General>Software Info/Update.

I hope this information is helpful.

I have wasted space [Work] on my map when I go to NAV. I’m ok with having [Home] as I’ve set that to somewhere nearby in town, but absolutely NOT my home, as a safety issue. HOW do I remove the annoying (empty) [Work] option? I don’t want to see it at all.

How did it know where work was? Are you still working?

I wrote “(empty) [Work]” In other words, nothing stored. Since I don’t have a “work” location, I want it off the display. Stupid to assume everybody has one, pretty sure I’m not alone here.
You already complained about it on the pre-CCnC navigation software in this thread: https://www.tucson-forum.com/thread...k-from-the-lousy-map.3312/?post_id=38288&nested_view=1&sortby=oldest#post-38288

The only way you are going to get this fixed to your satisfaction is to get hired onto the user interface team at Hyundai. But when you do, you'll have a work address at Hyundai's corporate park, so your [work] button will be needed. Kind of a catch-22 I suppose. :ROFLMAO:

I think I replied in another thread - but just use it for something else, no law says it must be used for a work location...

My 2025 Tucson Limited Hybrid just had an infotainment update pushed.

I did a quick search, but can't find any information about the contents of the update. Does anyone know of a website which provides software update details?
on the infotainment system, tap Setup -> General -> System Info -> What's New -> Infortainment System Update. You will find all of the areas that had fixes in the update.
