Hi when I use the Hyundai app on my phone and I go to bluelink there is never a monthly vehicle report available. I have never seen this function work. I have almost 1300 miles on my car and I’ve had it for a month and a half so I would’ve thought I would’ve gotten data by now

I think I had my hybrid several months before getting the monthly reports. It's not a very helpful feature to be honest. It duplicates the same info you can get by logging into your myhyundai.com account.

On one of the Facebook pages I saw most people aren't getting it, only a few that have had it since like July are seeing data

Give it time I guess

I've had my 2022 Tucson for a couple of weeks and only started getting this data a few days ago. According to the report, the previous report cycle began on 28th October, so it would only show me data when the new cycle began on the 29th November. If it's definitely been over a month since you activated the Bluelink app, I'm not sure what is going on.

Mine seemed to activate around 6-8 weeks after purchase (started getting monthly reports at the end of July). The first three monthly reports appeared to have accurate readings for mileage. But then it started going awry in October and picked up a 3000+ mileage discrepancy somehow. That info is the same worthless data I can view on the website.

What's happening is that the odometer reading and "miles until next recommended service" fields are reporting in km not miles. I recently changed my own oil and reset the bluelink maintenance reminder and now the "miles until next recommended service" field reports miles correctly but the odometer reading (which is unit less) still reports in km. I have yet to figure out how to fix the odometer units. Hyundai customer service is no help.

That would be true if the ratio between the odometer and BlueLink readings was about 1.6 (either for any absolute number, or for a delta between two numbers if they somehow made a unit switch at some point), but it isn't. Also, that would not explain the fact that for July, August and September, the monthly report numbers appeared to match closely as far as I could tell, after which the divergence happened. Since the end of September, for approximately similar monthly mileages of around 800 miles, BlueLink came up with figures of 2940 "units" and 1288 "units". Then somehow in a week, around 200 miles got translated to 1155 "units". None of the roads I've driven on appear to be elasticated, providing different actual lengths between mileposts. The other annoyance this has caused is that the dealer appears to have automated emails that appear triggered by the BlueLink number. Despite having taken my car in for a service this past week to address a different issue (so the dealer knows what my odometer has recorded), I got an email saying I am overdue for scheduled maintenance.

Same just happened to me. It was accurate until October. Now it's 2k higher on Bluelink.

My bluelink header numbers calculated out to be km to my instrument cluster miles perfectly. And the bluelink figures used to match perfectly to my odometer readings and display in miles until suddently they didn't. At first, I thought it was the website's problem and opened a ticket. I'm not so sure now after changing my oil and going into the infotainment bluelink menus and resetting the service reminder. That fixed one of the erroneous bluelink fields so I think it's yet another spurious infotainment glitch that's causing it. One of these days I'll root through the instrument cluster settings and infotainment settings to make sure everything is set to miles but I'm too busy right now to mess with it.

Exactly same for me
