That would be true if the ratio between the odometer and BlueLink readings was about 1.6 (either for any absolute number, or for a delta between two numbers if they somehow made a unit switch at some point), but it isn't. Also, that would not explain the fact that for July, August and September, the monthly report numbers appeared to match closely as far as I could tell, after which the divergence happened. Since the end of September, for approximately similar monthly mileages of around 800 miles, BlueLink came up with figures of 2940 "units" and 1288 "units". Then somehow in a week, around 200 miles got translated to 1155 "units". None of the roads I've driven on appear to be elasticated, providing different actual lengths between mileposts. The other annoyance this has caused is that the dealer appears to have automated emails that appear triggered by the BlueLink number. Despite having taken my car in for a service this past week to address a different issue (so the dealer knows what my odometer has recorded), I got an email saying I am overdue for scheduled maintenance.
