BlueLink not showing Range

We got our 2022 Tuscon Limited PHEV last week. When using the BlueLink app (or logging into the myHyundai site), the Gas Range and EV Range continue to show 0mi. I hit refresh to ensure I was seeing the latest information from the car. The battery % charge is accurately depicted as is the charging status. Any idea why the range info doesn't show up?

Mine is doing the same. I had my car re initialized by the bluelink people and it worked once. Ii has worked correctly 3 times in my 6000 miles. If you find a cure let me know please
My wifes does the 65,00 moles on some occasions but mine just does zero most of the time

Just checking in. Has anyone found any cures for the range levels {or lack of) to the bluelink app?
My Canadian PHEV Ultimate is the same although if the car is turned on and running it reads correctly on the Bluelink app.
Thanks very much for getting back to me. I just tried my car and it does work just like you said. Unfortunately that is not of much use unless you start your car remotely to view the the status.Any other ways you know of?

and my wifes SEL model always tells the status range even when its off. I did have it work once when the bluelink representative reset it.

On my Canadian Ultimate PHEV it will display the EV/Gas range the first time I open the BlueLink app after the car has been driven. If I refresh it again it shows zero for both EV/Gas range. But if I check while the car is running it shows both ranges correctly.
Thanks a glitz I hope they correct.I am wondering if there is a place where we can voice this and other software problems that they did not address in software design.
