Anyone else having issues with the Bluelink charging schedule in that it doesn’t actually work at all? I’ve called them, done a reset, they did an override, still nothing. This app is so pathetically slow and unreliable.

anyone found a solution?

thanks - did that already though last and didn’t work…
This software is absolutely the worst thing about my PHEV. Slow, buggy. I did a status check one time. When I came out to unplug the car a few hours later, the windows were down.
Windows going down can be caused by you sitting on your remote's unlock button.

If for some reason I would be sitting on my fob. This was checking the status on my phone. Although of the hundreds of times I have unlocked my doors with my fob, not once have the windows gone down.

On my car you have to hold on the door unlock and keep hold and the both front widows go down. This also works when the doors are open! o_Oo_Oo_O
When I downloaded the app, I didn't have my Tucson and seem to work well. Then got my Tucson and came the upadate and started noticing that it wasn t working well. So today I decided to test it out.
So left the keyfob 20ft away from me and I was another 30 ft away from the Turcon, tried to open the doors and app failed giving me a message " WE Appologies, but your function........

So I put the Fob in between msy familly Jewels and tried again no dice. Why update an app when it s working. The other day I tried with the horns and it worked.

To make it work, do you need to have the key fob in your pocket. tia
The recent CDN Bluelink update broke an already garbage APP. If Hyundai Canada expects people to start paying for this garbage after 3 years of free service, they better fix it and not only make it more reliable but add the ability to upload destinations to the onboard navigation.

Flakey app at best. Mine works most of the time. Only electronics my family jewels would consider would maybe a cellphone on vibrate in anticipation of a call coming through. LOL
