Hi friends, we just got a '22 N Line, and after setting up both Apple Car Play and Android Auto, the call volume is criminally low. Like, its turned all the way up to 45 and we can only barely hear anything coming through. We have adjusted every setting we can possibly find regarding it, specifically going into the SubSystems volume control and turning them up for each individual phone projection app. No dice. For what its worth, the call volume through Bluetooth, and not projection, works normally as one would suspect. Anyone else experiencing this or have any more ideas for troubleshooting? I've searched all over here and can't seem to find a similar problem. Thanks in advance!

I believe on mine in the sound settings there was a setting for each type of sound like nav, media, radio, gps,Siri, and a few others all twisted together. Phone calls was one of them and I had to turn that up if I remember right.

My volume will not work on cell phone through Bluetooth either. Hyundai tells that it is a software issue they are working on. I'm trying to find out from Hyundai if they have put the fix out yet. Turn your regular radio up to about 28-30 then make a call. It will be loud enough but you cannot adjust it.

I don't see anyone here saying they did what I and someone else said to try. And did you do the update? I have loud clear volume through Bluetooth before the update. This is not a common issue I see in posts so it could be phone specific IF you have gone to the correct settings and that did not work and have done the update.

It's in setup...sound.....system volumes....apple or Android...you will see all the options of nav, siri etc
Makes no difference. If you have not had the same problem and resolved it, please refrain from suggesting the obvious. There is definitely something wrong with these cars. I will try the update and cross my fingers but this problem is frustrating and the dealer is useless.

NO. I see the opposite there is not something wrong with the cars, the posts about this being a problem are a scant very few. I'm not convinced everyone has found all the settings on their phones, in the Bluetooth and protection settings on both their phones and the infotainment system.
Some did not even know what projections settings were. (Not a dig at them, we all had to learn)

That, and it could be specific phone problems/settings. Our two Samsungs and our Motorola have loud volume.
Could a specific system be faulty, sure but overwhelmingly people are not having volume problems.

I still don't have a resolution on this. I have a 2022 Tucson N Line and the call volume, outgoing and incoming is very low using my iPhone 13. The volume on the radio has to be super loud before I make a call or before I answer a call thru Bluetooth. The new update on the Hyundai page is not for my model, only for the hybrid. Does anyone who has had this problem been able to fix it? And if so, step by step instructions please. Not just go to sounds, check the volume on your phone. Everything has been checked and rechecked for the past 10 months since I've owned by new car. Please help.

so what specifically do I / we need to do with an iPhone with low volume thru Bluetooth. Step by step instructions but I've looked and changed the settings over and over and nothing has worked. Please help.
