I recently read a post that linked to a Hyundai document that listed trim changes coming in 2023.

If I order 2022 this month, would expect delivery sometime in September.
I Wonder at what point it makes sense to wait for 2023 toward end of year.

There's not really any notable changes for 2023.
The only real advantage is they'll hopefully have fixed any problems the 2022 has if any.

We're on a wait list for 2022, so could become 2023 in a few months.
