Our PHEV's don't have a reset button, only the hybrid models have one.

I bought additional trunk lighting, as well as at the foot of the front seats.
The instructions indicate that you must disconnect the 12V battery, then enter a code after reconnection.
How to find it?

PS: Is there any "12VBATT RESET" push button? I did'nt find it.

What instructions? Is this something from hyundai that says there is a code, or do you have an aftermarket alarm system installed that says that? The instructions from the bulb manufacturer?

It's possible after a long term battery disconnect something like a code is needed, I have not heard of that on the 2022+ Tucsons for disconnecting the battery...
People have done that for various reasons here with no problems.
