Steering wheel speaker giving navigation directions?
Since you don't have built in Navigation check the Android Auto or Apple Car Play from your phone for distortion you are hearing. Do you hear distortion playing the radio?
Have you received the check engine light more than once? Did it reset itself? If the code was low tire pressure that should mean a problem with a sensor for low tire pressure, not actual low tire pressure.
