Electrical arcing sound thru the speakers.

While driving back to my house this morning from the store. The radio was off and nothing was out of the normal driving of the car. Suddenly there is a buzzing sound from the front speakers that sounds like electrical arcing and it grows as my speed rises. And when I put on the breaks the sound stops. It starts around 10 mph and get max loud at 60. This just started today. What could suddenly have a bad ground issue out of the blue?

Shouldn't be anything coming from the speakers if the radio is off. Does it go away when you turn the radio on?

No it does not. It continues. I have a service call setup for Friday. Woo whoo 2 week old car with an electrical issue. Oh joy.
You can try and press the reset button on the info screen or do a full reset.
If you have the Bose sound system with the power amp under the seat, my guess is that is where the problem lies. Sometimes power amps have a separate power supply from the head unit, which would explain why you get noise from the speakers with the head unit off. If the volume of the arcing sound stays the same when you change volume on the radio that would increase the chances that the amp is the problem.

Ok I reset the radio and also just or fun hit the 12volt reset just to cover my bases. As of right now. No more buzzing sounds. Thank God.

The amp needs to be replaced car guru shows a lot of people having issues with the radio this should be a recall

No recall needed. Known issue for cars built over a certain time which there is already a TSB. Not even every amp in that limited time frame will have the issue.
