Engine replacement

I just purchased a 2022 Tucson and it broke down on the highway within the first two weeks. Code was low oil pressure. Dealership supposedly found an oil leak in a seal under the oil pan and repaired it. Again, I checked the oil about a week later, and it was very low. Brought car back, and now was told I need a new engine due to a manufacturer defect in the intake manifold!?! I opened a case with Hyundai. Again, all this has happened before I even made one payment! I told Hyundai headquarters I wanted a new SUV, but think I want my down payment back instead. I do not have a good "feeling" about this Tucson. Also, reading other posts, I feel the jerking around 55 -60 mph too... Ugh...
