The tracker site and my salesman both show in the system that my 2022 Tucson Limited, gas model, will arrive 6/21/2022. Let’s hope that is accurate!!! My new baby already has a nickname of “Spaceship”. 😎

Lets keep our fingers crossed 🤞

Good luck. My arrival date moved 2 days forward every 2 days for 3 weeks.….May 14, 16, 18, 20, and so on.
Then on June 5 it shifted 6 days to June 11. It arrived on the 13th.

So, if you have that 2 day pattern it seems to be a “it’s not going anywhere and we don’t know when it will” indication.

If you then see it jump more than 2 days that likely means it is actually moving to your destination.

Great to hear. Just keep In mind to give them an extra week or so from the expected date. As a retired truck driver, there’s a serious driver shortage out there and the delivery might take a bit longer. If your like us, we kept driving through the dealer lot ( with VIN # ) near the delivery date to see if it arrived ( yeah, I know, I have no life !🙄 ). Got our fingers crossed it arrives early 🤞!
🤞Hope things hold.Know it will be worth the wait.
@22TucLimLvr did you figure out your finances?
Sure did!! Kia bought my piece of crap 2021 Kia Sportage back for literally what we paid for it in 2020. So, that gave me way more to put down than I thought. My payment actually came out to the exact same as the Kia, but I did get the extended warranty on the electronics so it’s 20.00 more. This Tucson has everything anyone can want in a vehicle. I have no problem paying the exact same for a 100% better vehicle. I would NEVER buy any vehicle, new or used, from Kendall in Nampa, Idaho ever again. Absolutely the worst untrained salesman I have EVER dealt with in my entire life! But, I am one happy 22TucLimLvr right now!! Thanks for asking.

Sounds familiar. I traded a 2021 Subaru Outback. They gave me more than I paid for it. Plus, as I’ve stated, no cost above MSRP. The Sub was a decent car, but a bit boring ( it seems like everyone in our area has one ). The new HVAC/Entertainment screen was new and glitchy. It seemed to crash at least once per week. Again, as with the hybrid, I’m a bit nervous about new tech. That’s why we love the 2.5 Limited! It’s a proven motor that’s got more than enough oomph! I hope you’ll be as happy as we our we are with your Tucson.

So far so good. I LOVE it!! Do you have the Limited w/gas? That is what we have.

Yup, 2.5. Still wouldn’t have had the hybrid we wanted even now. The waiting list is still that long! Much happier with the tried and try gasser!

How long did you end up waiting for the ice?
About four months. Ordered hybrid in February, was told slim to no chance before fall. Salesperson told us in March they had a ICE in the color and model we wanted was built and due 4-23. Finally arrived 5-7.

Thank you. I ordered a Tucson n line 6/28 and they told me 2-4 months and it would be a 2023, also stated it would be 500-1k more and they are selling at MSRP

Glad to hear about no more of that dealer markup malarkey ( I know, I’m old👴 ). You’ll have to keep the forum updated when it arrives. We‘re always interested in updates or changes to the model.

Funny how quickly things change. Dealer called today and said they now have a 2022 allocated to them that will be there the end of August if I wanted to put my name on it and that a 2023 would be a wait until December…far cry from what I was told 3 weeks ago. Either way I took it as I’m ready now.
