Floor and Trunk Liners

Hi there. I’m in Toronto Canada and looking to buy a set of floor liners. I like the weather tech ones but they’re $268 for the set. I’ve looked at some alternate brands such as Huskey, Findway, Maxpider and a few more but they don’t yet have them for the 2022. Anyone have a good solution?

Also, for the cargo liner, I really want one that not only covers the trunk, but goes up the back row of seats. This is great and I had it on my Toyota. I carry a lot of stuff with my rear seats down so the extended trunk liner is great to keep the back of the seats clean. The problem is nobody sells it expect Hundai USA and Europe. See picture. A dealer in the UK will ship but the shipping cost is as much as the liner. Hyundai Canada said they don’t have access to it. Anyone have any suggestions for a good non universal) liner? Also, if there’s anyone in Toronto who wants to order this from the UK, the shipping charge is the same whether you buy one or two.

Just ordered a set of Tuxmat floor liners. Unsure of the CAD price on them or availability. Had wanted Husky or 3D but after having a set of generic cut to fit Amazon Basic liners for better part of a year, didn’t want to wait any longer with winter weather coming.

Have the Hyundai trunk liner and it’s just OK. Really flimsy and as you note doesn’t cover the back of the seats.

Good luck

I ordered the Weathertech and had them within 4-5 days. Great fit! More $ than Husky, but they had a quicker delivery. I had Husky on my 2017 Murano and they fit well. Good luck!
Heavy Duty Checker Plate Rolled Rubber Mat, Sold by the Foot (purchased 6" worth, and it is 48" wide) is what I got for my Tucson as it is my work vehicle for hauling around equipment, and sometimes larger metal components. It is on the thick side so you could go with this 72" x 48" mat instead as it is 1/8" thick. Took only a few mins and a set of tin snips to cut it down to size with the seats folded down, and I also cut a slit so that one seat or the other could be folded up but still have the matting there. I have a similar mat in my Kona, and it is great for airport runs for the family with large bags.

I ordered the TuxMat floor mats (2 front, one rear) from tuxmat.ca ... $235.80 plus HST, shipped at no cost from Toronto. I have the OEM cargo liner which works fine but I can see why you want one that covers the back of the rear seats. Here are pics of the mats (BTW, these are NOT my pics; they're from another user on another forum).

The UK cargo liner may not fit the North American Tucson as we have the long wheelbase version here.
Check AliExpress as they sell cargo liners that cover the backs of the rear seats but once again, exact fitment may still be an issue. The cargo liner is also different for the hybrid version compared to the ICE Tucson.
I also installed the Tuxmat floor mats and I'm super satisfied with the design, look and quality. I wish they would offer as well one for the trunk (cargo) but for the moment they are not planning it.
Has anybody purchased the "Premium all weather cargo tray" from Hyundai? Indeed paying 289$ (CAD) is too much :-(((

I have the Smartliner cargo mat. Fits perfectly and looks good.

Last time I checked, the Hyundai premium cargo liner went up to $389 and their wheels have also increased substantially in price. I’m still waiting for the Tuxmat cargo liner to be available.

I asked Tuxmat last week if they are planing to make the cargo liner for 2022 and they replied that - "No". For the moment they are not planning it, unless they will see a huge interest in people wishing to buy it. So I don't think tuxmat will make soon any liner for our tucson :-(

I have the Hyundai cargo tray which is nothing special but works fine for our purposes. FYI, I negotiated it at "cost price" at the time of sale May 2021, paying $102.95 (plus HST).

My car had the factory carpeted floor mats, which are worthless, but the cargo mat has a rubber surface on one side and carpet on the other and the rubber side is okay. I bought Smartliners for the front floors (the Hyundai front mats are living underneath the cargo mat). We rarely use the back seat so the carpeted mats are good enough. Smartliners fit nicely and slide right in using the factory fasteners, but they are a little thinner than the Weathertechs I had on my CRV. I believe the Smartliners are a little less expensive than Weathertech. Smartliner product would be a fine choice.
The Tuxmat floor liners look great. Has anyone purchased them for a 2022 PHEV Tucson?

Yes. I ordered from Costco Canada. They call them Phantom but they are drop shipped from Tuxmat and have tuxmat labeling. They fit like a glove. It’s a strange material, not rubber. Very high end looking.

That’s great news. Just to confirm, you have a plug-in hybrid Tucson and not a standard Hybrid?
I contacted Tuxmat and they confirmed their mats do NOT fit the PHEV, Even the Costco links states they are not for Hybrid models but that could be just becuase no one ever tested them in those models.

From the Costco/Tuxmat Online ordering site:
