I have been waiting since March. My ordered Tucson arrived at the port of Philadelphia the end of May. A week later it disappeared. Then we were told it was " on the water ' on its way?? Then we told ti would be at the dealership August 6th, Then August 12th, Then August 20th and now October 20th??. My salesman and general manager is a friend an he has shown me all the communications from Hyundai. I feel this car was damaged or given to another dealer. I love Hyundai s and have purchased 6 from this dealership. I know they are honest.
Well I test drove a Hybrid SantaFe Hybrid and loved it. I really wanted a smaller vehicle. The one I drove was a loaded SEL . However I want a Limited which they feel may be easier to get if I am flexible with the color. Enjoy you Tucsons, I am sure you will:)

Well seeing how it's built in Montgomery Alabama I highly doubt that it is coming overseas or on a boat I would be highly skeptical of this dealership as they are probably screwing with you.

All Hybrids are made in Korea

I didnt realize just how lucky i was when i purchased my '22 Tucson Hybrid Limited in Phantom Black/ black interior. My dealership found one in Jacksonville Fl, which is about 300 miles from me and i had it 2 days later . Dealer didnt add any extra fees and the SUV is near perfection. Very glad i grabbed it when i did. Good Luck with your new purchase. What color did you end up with?

I got the Limited Hybrid by getting on two dealers list. One was $ 200 and other $500 refundable. Gave me first refusal.
Had car in a month.
You can go to Hyundai website and see who's getting the vehicles.

Just curious, in sport mode is this Tucson Hybrid every bit as quick as I've been reading?
Some say 60 mph in 7.1 seconds.
It seems to be. I only tried it once and didn't time it, but I got to 80mph very easily.

It's quick by most crossover vehicle standards. Definitely faster than anything else we own. We're usually trying to squeeze 40 MPG out of it though.

We went with 2.5 Limited. Hey, it isn’t a Mustang GT, or a hybrid, but this thing moves off the line with purpose. More than enough oomph for me. Very happy with my choice.
