I’ve been waiting on the delivery of a vehicle that is marked for me and promised to me (with evidence from dealership). I’ve been tracking the delivery date on Hyundai’s website. It was supposed to be here the 28th of this month, then the 18th of this month. Now, it’s not even showing up on the site. Anyone have any similar experiences with this? Thank you in advance.

If I recall mine disappeared briefly when it arrived at dealership.

@JemClo did you get any update? I'm in the same situation.
Yes, here is what I’ve gathered:
1. My car showed up online with a specific delivery date.
2. Then, my car’s due date changed to an earlier date.
3. Within a day, it said it was in-transit.
4. Then, I couldn’t find it online at all.
5. When a car is in Hyundai’s system, it will have a delivery date with where it’s going, but it isn’t in the intended dealership’s inventory.
6. Once the vehicle is officially in transit to the dealership, it is changed to their personal inventory.
7. Because I already had a claim on the vehicle, the dealership removed it from their available inventory to avoid it being sold to another customer. Thus, I couldn’t find it online.
8. In my situation, it left a train yard in Portland the week of January 3. Once it was loaded on a train for Chicago, it switched to my dealership’s inventory. From Chicago, a car hauler will bring it to my dealership. My car arrives next week on January 18.

Just an added bit of stress and anxiety in this process already fraught with stress and anxiety. However, so worth it when you finally get the car!!

While shopping Tucsons via Hyundai’s main site I believe I discovered something. When a car is sold (even just a deposit) it disappears from the main site (inventory page).

One local dealer is selling fast and furious and I could compare their “pending contract” Tucsons with whether or not they showed up on Hyundai’s page. I also saw a deal fall through (went from “pending contract” to available) then that same Tucson showed on Hyundai when it wasn’t previously.

I put a deposit on one myself and it also dropped off the Hyundai site.

Hi, am a new member
Can you tell me which web address to use to see your delivery. I ordered my luxury hybrid in October and it’s supposed to be here around 20 March. I am trying to find out which ship it’s on. Know pretty well that’s it going to New Westminster as I am in Ontario

Even after your deposited tucson falls off the website list, you can still enter your vin and track it. I’ve been tracking mine that way, been saying “InRoute” for weeks then today it disappeared. Hoping that’s a good thing.

Hope it’s not the three stolen at the docks in Philly. I believe they were all imported hybrids. I understand most of them have been recovered.
Our 2.5 Limited is due this week as well.

Would you mind sharing the site that you are tracking? I have a receipt for some of my down payment an in-house VIN #, but not the real one, and a spec sheet with no prices. It just says TBD. I want to see if this Limited is actually showing as taken by me. 😁

I would appreciate it!!

no tracking without a vin# though
