Could be alot of different stuff did they both blow out @ the same time??
Did you check the basics like the fuse? Any work done on it recently? Aftermarket stereo or anything other electrical device,
Are you the original owner? Bought used?

I'm the 2nd owner I haven't checked the fuse yet is there a way to fix it right?

Hopefully it is just the fuse, Check the fuse box in the cabin and relay box under the hood
It should be a easy fix, do you have a 2.0 or 2.4? Are you sure it's a 2019? The picture below is a schematic of the 2019 2.0L
Does it resemble yours????
If so the light your talking about is called the "Static Bending Light" (SBL) so look for that fuse,

But it can work aftermarket headlight housing?

Yes it will work, you can get a used or new 'TL' headlight.
TL meaning a headlight for Tucson 2015-2019 will fit your car.
But If your headlights are working I would recommend leaving it alone and don't waste your money just for the light strip.
