Input Air vent for heater 2022. Tuscon

The input air vent is located under the wipers, and hood overhang. I find after a heavy snow, the vent can get blocked with ice limiting the amount of air in the cabin. I figured it out while driving and all my windows fogged up. Anyone else have this issue? A bit of a design flaw for prairie winters Looks like the plastic vent is also broken 😞
