Issue with rear wiper and cluster notifications

Hi. I am owner of Tucson Hybrid 2022 since September 2021. From the first day I have heard some kind of electric sound/click behind the Fuse door every time when rear wiper worked on Low speed. I contacted with my local Hyundai and they replaced whole block in a Fuse compartment but sound/click did not go. So I was told that it is a factory defect and can not be fixed for now. Technician tested 2 brand new Tucsons and told me he heard the same sound. So I was recommended to use rear wiper on High Speed to avoid this sound.
One day after this my vehicle started to show notifications on cluster screen “Slippery road ahead, Drive Carefully” and “Uneven road ahead. Drive Carefully “ although the road condition was absolutely normal. This messages continue pop- up in cluster periodically no matter what road condition are. Can these two issues be related and what I have to do?

I hear the relay clicking when the rear wiper is on slow as well. Unfortunately, there isn’t a dash cover above the pedals to help hide the noise and everything is exposed. I have never seen messages like this but I assume they are derived from navigation and Bluelink so maybe there is a setting to turn them off similar to the ice warning that I have.

Thank you for your reply. I noticed from yesterday and today that those warning messages come on cluster only when I drive in Speed Camera and Traffic Camera Areas on the road. And just started after ICU junction box was replaced
