Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist (BCA) has it's limitations. You've discovered one of them. As a workaround, you can turn your signal off when turning in multiple left-turn lanes or just ignore the warning.
Lane alerts turning at intersections
I have my turn signal on and when turning through major intersections that have turn lanes painted on the road the car alerts me as if I'm crossing a lane without my turn signal on. I don't know if the system is confused by all of the random painted turn lines on the road but with my blinker on shouldn't the alert be disabled?

I think....
Blinker on = lane markers not being read
The alert noises are thinking that you are changing lanes hitting the car that's also turning next to you
