There are multiple threads about this conversion. Here is a video showing the LED bulb on the left and the OEM bulb on the right.

There is a remarkable difference between the two bulbs (light intensity and flashing sequence).
I wish they would sequence the tail lights like the Mustang.

Thank you Captain Blight! Work and look great!

If they do, its the whole assembly light. But you can add a device where it will strobe a couple seconds and stay lite while you have the break pedal pressed.
Universal Flash Strobe Controller GS-100A Flasher
I have both on my 124spide, the side lights they would sequence($20. can for 2
Then the rear defuser, put this device about $6 can. it will blink and then stay lite)

Check Amazon or Aliexpress make sure the bulbs are led.

Nice upgrade
Did you do the reverse bulbs also?

Is it possible to see a night gif of these?

At least one of the other threads has pictures and instructions. As best as I can remember, it helps or is necessary to drop a small panel on the passenger side. Once you have access to each socket, it's a fingertip or needlenose pliers exercise to twistlock the sockets out and back in. Only takes a few seconds.

Here is the reverse bulb I used. Sorry, don't have a comparison video/gif. Definite increase in brightness, however.
