We have the Thule solution installed (though we used the 712300 bars instead of the 711300), and can confirm there's no issue with operating the moonroof.

I just posted a reply about the Hyundai crossbars on my Tucson with sunroof in a different thread.

Roof rack with sunroof

Plug in limited arriving soon. We are kayakers and I want to use a roof rack. The Hyundai OEM crossbars are “not for use with sunroof”. Thule specs one. Anyone tried the Thule with a sunroof? Alternatives?

Ours came with the crossbars, right from Hyundai, so there must be a Hyundai solution as well.

I bought the Snailfly Crossbar on Amazon. It works with the moonroof. Took me 20 minutes to installed and are super sturdy and strong. Hope it helps.
