I do agree, I don't know why Hyundai didn't at least turbo the top trim level. I came from an AWD turbo Kona Ultimate and it kicked butt! The Tucson, blah.... June 2023 edition of Motortrend magazine compared 7 compact SUV's (Honda CRV, Kia Sportage, Mazda CX-5, Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester, Toyota RAV4, and the Tucson). The Tucson placed last of the bunch. Motorrtrend gives pluses for Tucson tech, and spacious cabin, and excellent value. Cons- unrefined transmission, gutless engine, and bouncy ride. I like my '22 Tucson Limited with its generous warranty for my commuting 100 miles a day to DC and it's roominess. If Hyundai decides to turbo the Tucson in the future, I'll upgrade for sure!
