Hey Everyone!
My wife and I are going to test drive a Tucson tomorrow. We've driven a CX-5, CX-50, CRV, and Rogue and, for various reasons, none of them were what we were looking for. We're hoping the Tucson is it.
But I noticed something odd about the safety ratings: the AWD version (which is what we were planning to get, if we liked the car) has an overall four-star rating from the NHTSA, but the FWD version has five stars. This makes us nervous because we have a young kid and all the other cars we looked at were five stars (as is most of the competition, Kia Sportage, RAV4, etc.).
Does anyone know what accounts for the difference? The only thing I see different between the two vehicles is that the AWD version has a slightly higher rollover risk. Does anyone have any extra insight here?

Thanks!
