I will be using amsoil 0w-20 synthetic oil in my 2022 Tucson limited. I live in the country, so each time I drive somewhere ,my one way trips are 12 to 25 miles.I will be driving, 7,500 miles/ yr. Amsoil top tier oil goes 25,000 miles. Since I don’t make short trips in my Tucson, the oil should not get very contaminated with the by products of combustion and moisture, therefore, I believe I could perform a filter change / topoff each year and change the oil completely with filter at the 3 yr mark. Any thoughts on this , as I only believe oil needs to be changed once a year if becomes contaminated due to very short distances driving and contamination from moisture.
