Was wondering peoples thoughts on battery life. I have the Limited PHEV and it says at full charge anywhere from 31 to 33 mile as range. What triggers the maximum 33. My wife has the SEL PHEV and hers always shows 33 miles on full charge. Hers is about 3 months newer with less miles. Along with my Florida trip mine is almost 7500 miles. In 6 months what do you think the full charge miles range would be 29 or 30? Will this number drop as years go by? Thanks for all your input in advance. 😃

Those numbers are just estimated computer calculated numbers. For example I had Chevy Volt and those numbers were from 55 km ( 35 miles ) in winter time to all the way up to 105 km ( 65 miles ) in summer time. Chevrolet claimed to be 85 km ( 53 miles ) of EV range.
Chevy Volt was the same for all 3 years of ownership with that EV range.
Based on that I except my future Tucson Phev to be around 40 km ( 25 miles ) winter & up to 70 km ( 45 miles ) summer time EV range

30-90kg so in-house computer may be set up differently

Yes. The range will drop as the battery capacity lessens with age and use. The traction battery is a wear item and will need to be replaced one day.
