Question 2022 Tucson SEL

Having issues with this new car. Recently had new drivers seat cover installed. Over 4 hour drive round trip and 3 hours installation. Got part way home just to realize stitches do not match in color or size. Got groceries out of back today. There are 2 back bolts sticking up outta floor. I messaged Hyundai. Guy says they are a stylish addition to the vehicle. Umm I really don’t think so. Can anyone kindly look and see if possibly they left a piece off of my car floor? It’d be much appreciated! Thanks
