My daughter, daughter in law and two grand daughters just walked away from this 2011 Santa Fe crash. Hyundai is doing something right.

Wow! So glad everybody is OK.

What did they collide with?

Fixt that fer ya. The rig was just doing the job it was built to. Your family members (clearly) were wearing belts/harness, and a testament to their upbringing. I read this year's Tucson won #1 Safety Award something something. That stuff goes / went a long way in my wife's decision to recently order one. Up until a month ago the frontrunner for replacing her 20-year old Mazda ----- was another Mazda. Subaru, KIA and Volvo were contenders as well. But Safety, warranty, newish tech (but not early adopter un-tested type) all tipped it to Hyundai.

Glad for your family there.

Oh, and to get it in: Dibs on the oil filter. And maybe the taillights.

A car tried to back out of an exit ramp, lost control, backed across 3 lanes interstate highway into the path of my daughter's car. Minor injuries, seat belt and airbag welts, a few swollen ankles, broken toe and a lung contusion.
thank god your family is ok, those are some scary pictures.
