From what I can tell, no, you can't do this. I absolutely LOVE my Tucson (same as you, SEL-C, Hybrid)... BUT... Nissan has genius-level refinement of their infotainment. I had a Rogue Platinum prior to the Tucson, and I miss both the overall sound quality, as well as the logistics of the radio. For just one example of many, in Sirius, I could hold down the touch button for about a second, and it would jump to the beginning of the recording buffer, while I have to tappity-tap my Tucson to chase it to the beginning.
For all the criticisms I read about Nissan infotainment, I don't know what those people were thinking... it kicked ass, again, logistically.
