Purchased the 2022 Sel Convenience Package. Have concerns with the rear side back brushed aluminum hockey stick shaped trim pieces. We have had them replaced multiple times on both sides due to poor quality issues. They have had brown water rings show up and blemish issues. We are currently in communication with HMA to resolve quality issue. I'm exaggerating but seems like if you look at the trim too hard it scuffs and then when the sunlight hits it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Hoping that Hyundai does what they do best and help us out.

Thanks for the heads up! Maybe 3m or a wrap will help, though it would be nice if they fix your problem.

A clear wrap would be great but you have to check the part to insure it is perfect before wrapping.

mine had a scratch on it leaving the dealership. It's just a trim and such a minor issue that is not even worth stressing about. Like, who cares?

Does anyone know if it's removable (on/off) or held on by adhesive??
