Upgrade for Tucson Hybrid Blue

Dear All,

I just got Tucson Hybrid Blue because limitation and mark up is high in Houston. I plan to upgrade some part such as open trunk automatically, 10" Screen and 360 camera view. Does anyone plan to upgrade like me. I try to call dealer but look like they can do upgrade right now. (Baytown Houston TX)

I don't want to be negitve though I think that isn't going to be feasible. Getting those parts could take quite sometime. Cost to buy and install I think will not make sense.

I agree with Tampa8. Even though the Blue was less expensive initially, to try and add the upgrades that you want may not be economically or technically feasible. The wiring harnesses may be different in the Blue and because the computer or module that controls, let's say the Limited model, is completely different from yours. Personally, if my heart was truly set on a Tucson Hybrid, I would've put more money away and waited until the 2023's came out. The end of the year 2022's will then be less expensive...hopefully.

Because the gap amount between blue and limited is big (about 10k). I hope with 5000k I can have some feature I actually need.

Noxie, all I can say is best wishes on your venture. I know what it's like when money is tight so I do understand.

Wheel Car Tire Vehicle Plant

The last time I bought a new car, it was my 2011 Juke SL AWD back in 2012 for around $22000.00 USD with trade. 20 years later I'm getting ready to plop down considerably more with my Juke taken is as trade. I've been quoted around $9000.00 for it so it wont be too bad considering that without a trade, all the taxes, delivery and such, around $44000.00 USD. I'm retired now so this will be my last vehicle....I hope.
