Waiting on PHEV

Hi, Reserved a couple of weeks ago, no promise date. I live in Ct, dealers will say they have PHEV online, call to confirm, bait and switch. Not taking the bait, hope to have by early next year.

@mtkayak1 Apparently dealers ARE receiving PHEVs from last 2 weeks. I also ordered mine 3 months ago but crickets!! Then I searched online inventory on dealership websites in Mass, CT, RI - found one in CT - traveled 3 hours to pick up this beast last weekend.
FYI: Dealerships do have markups on MSRP - ranges from 2k to 5k. Make sure to negotiate that with the trade-in vehicle price. I ended up paying around 50k (including taxes and regis. and all the other BS fees). But this car is soo much fun to drive.

I live in CT too. I am purchasing from Curry Hyundai in NY. No BS, “market adjustment”, outrageous doc fee or bogus “protection” add ons. MSRP+$175 state max doc fee. Talk to sales manager Michael. He did everything he said he would-a pleasure to deal with.
Ps-kayakers too-might know you from one of the kayaking groups…
@MLS I picked up mine from Torrington Hyundai CT.
They had 2k markup but I negotitated that markup on my trade-in. I drove 3 hours to buy this car. Haha! But it was worth it considering there are very phevs in states at dealership lot. I paid 700$ in doc fee 🤷‍♂️.
Overall I paid around 50k on limited phev including all the fees, registration, taxes and extended warrenty.

I had checked with them too. Not trading in, so no wiggle room there. I am on the CT/NY border and the CT doc fee ($700) vs NY ($175) annoys me. In the past I was able to get ct dealer to match bottom line price but not now. The NY dealer is only about 45minutes away and thousands less.
