That looks like there is no Bluetooth connectivity.

Yes that makes sense. No it hasn’t been paired.

I think this is the Bluelink connection symbol, not Bluetooth. Bluetooth symbol is letter B with lines coming out left side. Bluelink symbol is letter B with 2 semi circles in upper right corner
