I definitely get that check out. I have the PHEV and its very quiet. Barely can hear the cars that are driven beside you on the road. I have not driven on a windy day yet though.

does it at highway speed windy days it is worse
Yes, on the highway ours is super loud. It's very quiet on back roads at 55mph or less, but when we get on the freeway, the road and wind noises are awful.
If you are hearing this from the window close to your ear; there may be a fix found on the Facebook members site where “B” shaped rubber tubing is added between the window frame and the rubber trim that pushes against the glass to insulate the area properly.

Has anyone tried Ziebart or other undercoating sprays? was wondering if is worth it..

What does undercoating have to do with wind noise ?
I had mine undercoated, but the problem with the PHEV is that they cannot do the complete underbelly of the vehilce as there are vent holes for the batteries that need to be kept open so they stayed clear of those. I travel down some gravel roads and the undercoating does decrease the noise.

They actual still undercoat cars? I thought that ended years ago when manufacturers started dipping the vehicles in anti corrosion baths.

If you think you need additional rustproofing after watching this, I don't know what to say.
. Fast forward to 3:05 in the video. Don't EVER have anybody drill through the new sheet metal of your car to do rustproofing. It is a complete waste of time and money and is likely to do more harm than good. I wouldn't be surprised if it voided the factory rustproofing warranty.

Okay, I thought I was the only one that is having a wind noise issue on the corner of the driver side window. I did ask the dealership to take a look during my first oil change but she told me all they could do was an inspection to see if any damages or warped seal has occurred but of course no signs of warped or damages so I will have to schedule something later for a ride along.

not sure if the still drill into your car anymore. I had a 2020 Ford Transit Connect rustproofed and I think they only spray a sound deadener on it. I did sell it the same year because it was starting surface rust {1500 miles) and I garage keep it and had about 10 hand waxes on it. Will never buy a Ford again.

The only cars I ever had rust issues with were the two Mercedes I owned (and purchased new). No issues with Hyundais kept for over 10 years.

This problem happened when the Palisade came out. It took over a year of complaining but Hyundai finally recognized the problem and came out with a new window seal. It seems that it was happening with the first few manufactured in the fall of 2019, as mine was built in January 2020 and I never had the problem. Many owners just stuck in a piece of foam, which solved the problem.
