Hello,

Has anyone installed an adapter for wireless carplay? Examples below:
Carlinkit
Ottocast

I like the idea of it but not sure if they work well with the vehicle and/or the iPhone 13 Pro I have.

TIA!
I've been using the Carlinkit for a few weeks now in my 2022 Tucson Hybrid with an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Pretty happy with it. It connects flawlessly most times (just takes a few seconds to connect). Tucks away to be nearly hidden. Occasionally, it seems to have some trouble connecting but eventually connects within 30 seconds to a minute. Haven't figured out the cause, but it's not often enough it's a problem. I do find there's about a 1-second lag when skipping a song from the steering wheel. And if you do something like watch a video on your phone with audio running through the car speakers, the audio lag is enough to make it pretty much unwatchable. But overall, despite the little lag/glitches, I'm happy. It's so nice to just set my phone on the charging pad with no cable clutter and go.

I would rather pay $99 at the official website store because I have had bad experiences at Amazon.
Three months ago I went to Amazon to buy an adapter, it runs very well, but suddenly one day, it can't connect with my car, I send an email (which was written on the product page) to ask for help, But I find that the email was the official website store. I can't get the corresponding after-sales help because I don't have the order number from the official website, so I will return my adapter to Amazon. I have purchased one on the official website, I have to say that the official website's after-service is so nice. If you encounter problems in use, they will give you a corresponding solution, and they reply very fast (of course, the premise is that you are their customers😂)
