On my (3 day) new PHEV Limited the wireless phone charging is not working. Some quick Googling shows that this is a common issue across different Hyundai models. The phone overheats and shuts down charging to protect itself. There is enough variety in phone brand/model, case/no case that the problem has to be with the charging pad and/or the tiny cooling fan. Since folks usually just post about problems, it isn't clear if wireless charging works for some people and not others or if it is a universal problem. A brief poll might provide some insight. If wireless charging doesn't work for anybody, then it is probably a design issue. If it works for some people, then it is probably a repair issue.
