I had an initial complaint that the radio quit working and the second complaint with Hyundai was that the radio quit working again. The second complaint was an Escalated complaint whatever that means..
Dealer would not fix under warranty twice so you needed to file a complaint?

Have a 23 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Radio stopped working this morning. Does anyone have a link to the TSB that shows the Sonata? Also, which fuse do I pull for the 23 Sonata Hybrid?

I did not see that the Sonata (any type) has a TSB for it. You can check on the NHSTA site for your vehicle then manufacturer communications. If you have the Bose System either unplug the amp from under the seat or find where the fuse is on your car. If disconnecting power fixes it at least temporarily you most likely have the same problem , if that does not fix it you have a different problem.
If it is the same problem (or not) and no TSB exists simply let service fix it under warranty however they have to.

I have a 2020 Tucson and I've had an intermittent problem with the entire sound system temporarily not working. I use CarPlay, connecting to my iPhone via a USB-Lightning cable. For example, today I started the car, plugged in my iPhone, the music screen came up, and I pressed "Play." No sound. I try switching to the car's radio, no sound. I try using Siri and no sound. The mute option is not on. I reset the entire system via the reset button, still no sound. The only fix is to turn off the car and leave the power off for at least one minute. I restart the car and everything works fine with full sound. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why does it continually happen? (Fortunately, it doesn't happen too often.)

Got in my 2022 Tucson Limited this morning and no sound. I googled the issue and came across this thread. I was going to take the negative terminal off but then I saw removing the fourth fuse from the bottom left was the 25 amp fuse related to the amplifier. Pulled it out for a minute and the sound was restored. Don't know if this is going to happen again but at least I know what to do when it does. I'm going to keep a small pair of needle, nose and extra fuses just in case. Thanks everyone for the help.
Silly question but…..do I need the engine on or off when I do this? My audio quit on me Friday afternoon and I just found this thread.

Since there is always power to the amp, (If there wasn't you wouldn't need to pull the fuse or plug) engine on or off not big deal but I like having the engine off.

Here we go again! The sound on my 2023 Tuscon had stopped working again! This has happened at least 5 times since I got the car. They have already replaced the amplifier. We usually donthe work around to fix this. At what point does the Lemon Law apply here???

Nowhere near a lemon law kicking in any State. It's not how often you have the problem that matters. It's attempts made to fix it by Hyundai or documented you got the car back not fixed. They made the correct good faith effort to fix it now they have to delve further.

So I took car in yesterday due to no sound. When I made the appointment, I was told that there was a brand new tech bulletin to fix the no sound problem. When I showed up to service yesterday, the service manager said there weren't any new tech bulletin and he didn't know why somebody would say that. Since they had already replaced the amplifier, they had to contact a national hyundai service specialist for guidance. I was told they were doing a software update which should fix the problem. The update was over the air thru bluelink. I needed my car so.after 2 hours of the update "downloading" I decided to take my car and report my findings to them after software update was complete. It was finished updating at 930 tonight and still no sound! I will be calling them tomorrow morning. This is beyond frustring at this point. I suppose nobody at hyundai knows how to permanently fix the sound problem.

Same with my 2022 Tucson. I went to the Hyundai dealer I bought the car 9 months ago and showed them the messages here. They were aware of the problem and told me Hyundai only sends a new amp after a few times a person reports the issue. Fortunately, my screen was also malfunctioning and they replaced everything at the visit.

You had a different problem related to the radio itself.

My 2023 Limited has experienced this twice. I find it much easier to move the driver's seat forward to access the Bose Amp from the back seat and disconnect the Amp. There's a clip that you must release before pulling off the two color coded cables. Wait a minute and reconnect it. I prefer not to deal with the fuses or the battery.

My 2 cents on this: All car manufacturers eventually have problems but how the manufacturer addresses the issue separates the good from the bad. Hyundai's approach is bad. Three times before the Amp gets replaced (put on backorder for you). All sounds except the horn are processed through the Bose Amp. This should be a recall for the effected cars.

2023 Tuscan here, same problem. Kept removing the negative terminal for about 15 mins. Would last a month to a few weeks. Finally got tired of removing the negative terminal. Took it to the dealer, still under warranty and there is a service bulletin for it. They replaced the amp 👌 (It was my first time taking it to the dealer for this issue)
