Answered right in this thread just a few posts back. Not for your car.
About a month ago my dealership told me, yes Hyundai is supposed to get that update out for the Tucson Limited including my car. The salesperson there is also waiting and we recently had another conversation about the update. Not sure why you’re saying not for my car. Of course I could get the Apple CarPlay adapter, but those can be glitchy.

I actually disagree - I have wireless and think that can be a little quirky at times, and my phone seems to get a little warmer using it, while the vast majority are quite happy with the adaptors overall.

That update is not possible to be applied to your Tucson, that is about as plain as I can say it. :) It will not come to the Tucson Limited (Tucson with built in Navigation) till the 2025 model with the newer infotainment system. Don't care what a dealer says.

"Hyundai will enable wireless Android Auto and CarPlay in systems equipped with the new Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), beginning with the new Kona and Kona EV. Additionally, the software update will ship to Hyundai Grandeur, Sonata facelift, the new Santa Fe, IONIQ 5, and Kia EV9. The new Sorento will also get the update at a later time."

Hi, i have read several post but as the technology runs fast i need some reviews from you guys that purchase recently a wireless carplay adapter for the Tucson with Nav.
I was looking Ottocast P3 (too expensive), Carlinkit AI Box, Heyincar H-Max, actually a smart device that can work independently with build in operating like Android do downloading any apps like Netflix, Youtube, IPTV etc. To avoid any comments like safety there are times that waiting in car and why not having an option to view some videos :)
please give me your feedbacks if any of you are using such a device and if there is a good option with less cost will be better :)

TIA

Chris

As I said, your car does not support wireless AA without buying an aftermarket dongle. Prior to the 2025 model year, if your Tucson has factory navigation, it doesn't support wireless Android Auto and Carplay. It has nothing to do with having a Bluelink subscription.

(No need for another thread - moved to an existing one)

Am I correct in assuming that wireless Android Auto is impossible without Bluelink?
Bluelink not part of the equation. Before 2025 model if you had Hyundai Navigation you needed an adaptor, that's it. Other trims had wireless. 2025+ Wireless on all trims.

I use this one and most of the time it works quite well. I put a bit of Velcro on it and stuck it to the left side of the cavity just in front of the wireless charging pad. I leave it plugged in almost all the time and it takes maybe 20 to 30 seconds to boot up when I start the car.
CarlinKit 5.0 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter. Got it from Amazon.
