I beleive that most of ppl here are in same situation. I've been waiting since Dec 4th, 2021 for PHEV, red luxury. I was considering switching to New Mitsubishi PHEV, but pricing is around 10k more and 3-4 months waiting time. I was told 1st quarter of 2023 build time for my vehicle, but still nothing official from Hyundai in last 3 months.

I've probably called about 9 dealerships in the GTA area. It doesn't seem like anyone's received a PHEV in months and none of them can say when they'll get them. They are however receiving 2023 HEV both Luxury and Ultimate models and some even have a couple on the lot. The problem is, most dealers that actually have the HEV's on the lot are tacking on add-ons. Two dealerships that had HEV's available wanted 11.5k over MSRP for a whole slew of add ons. I'm supposed to receive delivery of a 2023 HEV in a week or so, I'm just praying they don't try and pull a fast one. I'm NOT paying those insane markups.
Same on Alberta, although i was able to find mrsp + about 2-3k.
Aug this point i am waiting to see whether the Sportage PHEVs will show up

When do you get it? What was the finance rate (if you don't mind sharing). I've been on the fence to change my order, almost 10 mths will still nothing... ugh (I feel everyone's pain).
I started looking beginning of December 22 for a hev since my dealership told me that i wouldn't be getting a phev in 23 (i preordered may 22). I could have had a hev end of december but didn't get it as i was looking at the outlander phev (too much $$). So i ended up getting an allocation for a january delivery for an ultimate hev. I pick it up next monday. Financing rate is 5.99 over 36 months.

Yeah I hear you. I think most car forums will report mostly problems. People rarely go out of their way to write glowing reviews if they aren't encountering any issues. I can't say that I haven't had similar thoughts though. I'm going to go for it though. I've been waiting far too long and we have a bunch of road trips planned for this year. I was looking at Toyota's too. Specifically the Rav4. But those have an approximate wait time of 2 years anywhere I checked. I also test drove a Rav4 and it felt good and sturdy but was lacking in features and felt kind of dated.
After 14 months of waiting for the confirmed factory order for my Ultimate PHEV, I have implemented Plan B and placed an order for a Subaru Outback Premier XT. It isn't quite as fancy as the Tucson, but it ticks almost all the boxes for me. It isn't a hybrid, no 360° camera, instrument cluster is partly analogue, it has a CVT, and the exterior appearance is, well, Subaru. But it is extremely comfortable, has a very nice interior, and the all-time all-wheel drive system is second to none. The salesman speculated that it would take 7-9 months to arrive, but was frank enough to say that they can't be certain of that.

After 3 reschedulings of my build date, I can easily imagine Hyundai stringing me along for another year. I will buy whichever one comes first. The Subaru dealer in Red Deer charged MSRP with no extra add-ons, dodgy fees, or anything like that.

If your heart isn't set on a hybrid, the Outback is worth a look.

Even the updated 2023 Rav 4 feels super outdated. While i like the exterior, the interior is just sad. Your pay to dollar to get features like 360 camera that looks like it is recording 3 pixels
I actually like the 2023 RAV4 hybrid update. I’m just worried the 1.6T won’t last long term. Also reading a lot of horror stories on here regarding Hyundai dealers not wanting to fix theTucson Hybrid issues and delay of parts. I also like the way the Tucson looks as well.

Was killing some time so I called my sales person and asked him if he had some good news and he replied NO. He has received Ice Tucson, but no Hybrids(hev or Phev). NO WORD FROM HYUNDAI. I assume if manufactures are allowed to increase prices with no restrictions, Waiting time would shorten due to people would retrieve their deposits, me included. Of course those who are in great need would buy it

Put my name and deposit down for a PHEV Tucson in Dec 2021, not even a number yet, order is still with dealer and they have NO idea when that is coming. They did reach out today to tell me they had HEV ultimate's in stock. Part of me wants to just get the HEV - but the other part says you waited this long - not in a rush what is another year lol :).

You can trade in the HEV on a year and get the PHEV

If an offer like that was made to me, I would accept it in a heartbeat, assuming that the price was not extortionate (a huge assumption in these days). I'm heartily sick of driving the 19 year old stripped down manual transmission beater that I scrambled to buy when my previous car died unexpectedly, 6 weeks after I ordered the Tucson. It's very easy to imagine Hyundai stringing the existing confirmed PHEV orders along for another year or two.

ordered November 17th, 2021 PHEV Ultimate @ Riverycity Hyundai YEG. Slowwwwwly trudging along from 864 on the 'list' to number 64 a few months ago where it stayed until this past week, where it finally moved down the 'list' to 43. It must mean someting, No? Lets hope. I feel like that factory is going to produce a entire batch of PHEV for Canadian shores all at once. So a bunch of us will hopefully be seeing our new wheels later this spring......maybe.....

Well, a month after I wrote to Hyundai Canada to politely express my dissatisfaction with the constant rescheduling of the build date for my Tucson, they replied with a form letter. If they read what I wrote, there is no sign of it in the text.

Basically a "you will get it when you get it" attitude. Sad to see. Unfortunately, the dealers are in the same boat.....no idea what's going on.

Just made a tentative deal for Mitsubishi Outlander Phev Sel , it is about 6000.00 more than the Tuscon Phev Ultimate, it’s not my first choice but they gave me a good trade and I can take advantage of the 10 k government rebate, it does have a heat pump, 20 kw. Battery with estimated 70 km range in full Ev, the dealer said they get in 5 or 6 monthly
and is on first come list, likely will be 2 to 3 month wait, no down payment until they get a Vin #. I cancelled my Tuscon Two weeks ago and have a reserve for Chev Blazer Ev (looks like next year for that. It’s a Phev / Ev desert out there, sacrifice happens.

Where are you located that you do get 10k rebate?
